About Liaoning Provincial Museum
Liaoning Provincial Museum opened in 1949 and now occupies a 100,000-square-metre new building in Shenyang's Hunnan New District, opened in 2015.
Its outstanding collection features Tang and Song calligraphy and painting, Qing-court treasures from the Mukden Palace, and Liao dynasty bronzes and pottery.
